Where is my order?
You are emailed a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery takes about 10 days from dispatch, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Tell us straight away with your order number and a photograph. We cover any return postage and put it right with a replacement or a refund.
Can I change or cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled until it ships, at no charge. Orders are handled within 24 to 48 hours, so contact us within 12 hours if you need to change one.
