Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver across Canada, including Toronto ON, Montreal QC, Vancouver BC, Calgary AB, Edmonton AB, Ottawa ON, Winnipeg MB, Quebec City QC, Hamilton ON, Halifax NS, Victoria BC, Saskatoon SK, Regina SK, St. John's NL. Every scarf is packed and sent from Thailand, tracked and insured.

What delivery costs

  • Free on orders of $50 or more.
  • Express Delivery at $22 below that threshold. It is the only method offered under $50.
  • Express Delivery is also available above the threshold, as a paid upgrade, at the same $22. We do not quote a separate delivery time for it.

The threshold is applied at checkout on your goods total after any discount. You do not need to ask for it.

How long it takes

Allow about 10 days in transit. That is on top of a 24 to 48 hour handling time while your order is picked and packed. A remote address can sit at the longer end of that window.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. We only receive the tracking code once the package has been sent, so it cannot be sent any sooner. If the email has not arrived, check your junk folder first, then email us with your order number.

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. More than one tracking number is normal, so check whether part of an order has already arrived before reporting it missing.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel has not arrived, or a delivery is marked as complete and is not with you, email theteam@thaisilkscarves.net with the order number and we will chase the courier and put it right.
