You have 15 days from purchase to change your mind on an unused item in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Canada has no general federal cooling-off period for an online purchase, so this is our own policy. On a change of mind return you cover the return postage, and the original delivery charge is not refunded. Refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after we receive the item.
If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you, return postage included. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the consumer protection law of your province.
